Naozane Ginjo-Sake: A high quality Naozane Sake brewed at low temperatures from rice grains milled to 60 % of original weight or less.

We used premium Sake brewing-rice called Yamada-Nishiki and Sake-Musashi (produced in Kumagaya-city) as a main ingredient. The type of yeast used for this Sake is unique to the Saitama prefecture.Please enjoy the mellow and mild flavor of this Sake
