Sake Blue Thermal Ginjo Sake
Sake Blue Thermal Ginjo Sake: A high-quality Sake that is brewed at low temperatures from rice grains milled to 60 % of original weight or less.
The Menuma glider port located in Kumagaya-city is the mecca of student gliders. We use premium Sake-brewing rice called Sake-Musashi cultivated in Kumagaya-city as a main ingredient for this Sake. The type of yeast used for this Sake was also developed in a lab in Kumagaya-city and is unique to the Saitama prefecture. Please enjoy the mellow and rich flavor of this Sake.
