Naozane Tokubetsu-honjozoshu
Naozane Tokubetsu-honjozoshu: A specially brewed Naozane Sake that uses rice of milling ratio that does not exceed 70 % of original weight as the main material and also uses distilled alcohol as an auxiliary material that does not exceed 10 % of rice ingredient by weight.
The Sake Musashi rice developed in Kumagaya-city to brew Sake is fermented in Ginjo style brewing method to enrich flavor and tuned by a process called Yondangake, which is known as the final tuning process of Sake fermentation that involves adding a small amount of saccharified steamed rice to slightly adjust the alcohol level or mildness or dryness of the Sake.It creates a nostalgic flavor that inspires wistful remembering.It has a slightly sweet and clean aftertaste, and you may enjoy it heated or chilled.
